Once your home/cottage plans are finalized, our team works with your chosen home contractor and provides you with an estimate detailing the list of materials for the project. After you have reviewed and approved the project, we can get started on building your new home or cottage.
Step 3Build & Install

Build and Install your Home or Cottage

The final step is to get us to deliver the building materials right to your door or come pick up in-store. We’ll work directly with your home builder of choice to ensure the right building materials are delivered on time as needed. Don’t have a home contractor selected yet? We can get you in touch with experienced general contractors specific to your needs. We have lasting relationships with many home and cottage contractors in the area and can provide recommendations you can feel good about.
